Esther is motivating and inspiring. She creates belief and possibilities for people as she speaks about their identity, potential, and greatness that’s inside of them. Esther also speaks about the Kingdom of God and all that it includes. She trains people to hear God for themselves and helps people to see how they can change the world.

Jason is a teacher, trainer, and facilitator. He specializes in helping people to understand themselves and others through personality. He also facilitates team development and training for organizations in this area. A few other topics that Jason focuses on are empowering people to unleash their purpose and change the world in positive ways, and the Kingdom of God.

Together, we like to create a fun environment where people can see how different personality styles fit with each other. We also speak together on different topics and in different settings where Esther brings the “flow” and the fun and Jason brings the structure and the “facts”.
